ProcureSignal is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by any government entity, public buyer, procurement authority, or official tender portal.
Information we collect
We may collect information that you submit or create, including:
- name, company name, and business email address;
- business category, service areas, capabilities, and preferences;
- account, onboarding, billing, and subscription status;
- saved opportunities, relevance feedback, and source feedback;
- messages and support requests you send to ProcureSignal.
How we use information
We use this information to:
- provide and secure the ProcureSignal account and workspace;
- match and prioritize opportunities using the business profile;
- operate subscriptions and company-based access;
- improve source quality, scoring explanations, and usability;
- respond to requests and important service communications.
Public procurement information
ProcureSignal processes public procurement metadata and official links from configured sources. Source records may name public buyers and supplier businesses where that information is publicly published as procurement lifecycle evidence. ProcureSignal does not use restricted supplier accounts or private submission workflows as a public data source.
Service providers and international processing
ProcureSignal uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database services, payment processing, monitoring, and communications. These providers may process data in countries other than your own under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Payments
Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider. ProcureSignal stores subscription and provider-reference information needed to manage access, but does not store full card details.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal or recordkeeping needs, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use access controls and operational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
