Not an official tender source
ProcureSignal does not replace official tender portals, issuing-authority websites, tender documents, addenda, briefing notices, award notices, cancellation notices, or direct communication from a public buyer.
Verification is required
Before acting, users must verify the latest official documents, status, deadlines, briefing requirements, eligibility rules, submission method, contact channels, addenda, and instructions on the official issuing authority source.
Decision support, not a guarantee
Opportunity-fit scores and source-quality signals help prioritize review. They do not guarantee eligibility, competitiveness, source accuracy, tender availability, bid success, award, or contract execution.
Information limitations
Public procurement information may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, amended, cancelled, translated, or inaccurate. Coverage is partial and varies by source. An award notice does not by itself prove contract execution.
No bid submission or professional advice
ProcureSignal does not submit bids, register suppliers, prepare bid packs, or communicate with issuing authorities on a user's behalf. It does not provide legal, tax, financial, procurement, compliance, or bid-submission advice.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for account security and lawful use. Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or use ProcureSignal to access restricted procurement or supplier workflows.
Subscriptions
Paid access is granted only after verified provider confirmation or an authorized administrative status. Checkout initiation alone does not activate a paid entitlement. Current plan details and billing terms are shown before subscription confirmation.
Availability
ProcureSignal may change, suspend, or correct features and source coverage. We do not promise uninterrupted access to an upstream official source or to every procurement notice.
